Typical Components of a VE Panel:
VE Coating: Top coating thickness typically 150 to 350 microns
Return: The panel returns are typically 20 - 50mm
Base Steel: A low carbon steel in thicknesses between 1.0 and 2.5mm. Typical thickness is 1.5 or 1.6mm
Backing Core: Panel backings can be a variety of materials including calcium silicate, gypsum board and aluminium honeycomb
Backing Sheet: Materials include galvanised sheeting, aluminium and stainless steel

SEALED JOINT:
Used externally for a weathertight finish.
GASKET JOINT:
Removable gasket for applications where frequent removal of panels and weather tightness is required.
OPEN JOINT:
Joint design is open with concealed fixings.
